50% deposit, plus 7% Florida Tax and 2% Lodging Tax, must be received before rental is confirmed. This may be done via telephone with your credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. Your deposit will be applied toward rental price.

The Rental Agreement must be signed upon arrival when your balance, plus tax and $100 damage deposit is due.
Damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days after check-out, provided that the provisions in rental agreement are met.
